All dogs must have current vaccinations.  Dogs are to be kept on leash or in an exercise pen!  If FlexiLeads are used, they are to be in the locked position when around other dogs and people.

To register your dog(s) for Canine Good Citizen (CGC) testing, please complete the section below, print the registration confirmation that appears after you click on the SUBMIT button, sign it and send it, by Friday July 19th, with your $10 check, per dog, made out to SJMSC to:
