Kiera came in to adoption as a placement
dog. She was given up by her owner
because she was too hard to handle and too yappy.
She was placed within 48 hours of her surrender.
Kiera is about 2 years old and is black and silver with natural ears.
The story from her new Mom and Dad is
that when she came home with them she was “at home” immediately, beginning a
love affair for all. Her acute
hearing makes Kiera an excellent watchdog.
When visitors come, she barks but makes friends with them once she is
assured they are all right. Kiera loves to play with her stuffed toys
and chew toys and of course with her new owners.
At night she likes to go out on the lawn and chase whatever insects she
can stir up. She learns quickly and
has mastered several tricks. Kiera has lots of energy; runs faster
than one would think her legs could carry her, and has an amazing leaping
ability. She likes to be active,
but she also likes to relax on her Mom’s or Dad’s lap.
She is very sweet and loving. The
Younghans are thoroughly delighted with their little girl and she seems to be as
happy to be with them as they are to have her. This little Mini has a new home and a new
life, thank you Fred and Dorothy for opening your heart and home to her.
Have a wonderful life together. |
