Mingus is a three year old little lady
who was in need of more attention.
Her dad just could not spend enough time with her and he was sad
about that. So he made a
big decision and asked SJMSC Rescue for help.
This was, we know, a hard decision to
give up a part of a family but it was the right choice for Mingus.
She is now in a very loving home with a new “sister” Heidi (a
13 year old Mini) and she is getting all the love and attention she can
ask for. Both girls seem to
be getting along – yes a bit of jealousy but that will pass once Heidi
knows that she is not being replaced.
Mingus is a very good-natured Mini who
loves kids of all ages and is very happy around other dogs. She loves to play but has also learned to manage herself when
needed. She has found that
Kerry has two big arms that he can use to love and cuddle two Minis at
the same time.
We are sure that some choices are hard to
make but this was the right choice for Mingus so keep her in your
thoughts and also remember her first dad has a big hole in his heart but
he knows his little girl is in a very loving home.
