Board Meeting Minutes

Members present: Marty Goldberg, Dorothy Anderson, Dan Durigan, Cleo Home, Patricia O’Brien, Joe Ratto,

Dennis Ross, Pam Satlof, Bev Verna.

President, Marty Goldberg at 2:10 P.M, called the special Board Meeting regarding the SJMSC Articles of Incorporation to order. The Board Meeting commenced immediately following the Miniature Schnauzer judging in Martinez, CA.

Articles of Incorporation Change: Bev Verna moved to change the "Articles of Incorporation" as proposed in writing by the club attorney. Motion passed with the unanimous consent of the Board.

This change in the "Articles of Incorporation" will be submitted to the General Membership for approval by mail vote.

Next Board Meeting: July 30 at the clubs "Dog Day Afternoon" picnic.

Next General Membership Meeting: July 30 at the clubs "Dog Day Afternoon" picnic.

Adjournment: Joe Ratto moved to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 2:15 P.M.
