[Fifty Three ballots were sent to member households.  Twenty Eight ballots were returned.  Twenty Seven were verified and counted.  All original ballots have been re-counted and re-verified.  The club's accounting firm has reviewed and approved the process.  The club's legal firm has work exhaustively to successfully defeat all appeals.  This result is OFFICIAL!]
